We went to Destin in September. Unfortunately, a tropical storm followed us there-we had one day of perfect weather (the day we left!) But the hotel, The Hilton San Destin Resort and Spa, was very nice and had a great pool. We also got to eat at several of Destin's fine establishments, one of which is the Elephant Walk. It is located on the "San Destin" compound, and has to be one of the most beautiful and originally designed restaurants I've ever been in. In any event, in case you are interested, I've put up some of the pics we took.
